Hi, I've purchased one of these and would like to purchase another for a friend (the ad informs me that up to 2 can be purchased as gifts for others). But when I try to purchase a second one as a 'gift' a box pops up and tells me "Only 1 purchase per person. However, you can gift further purchases to your friends and family". So how do I purchase additional ones as gifts then, please.

If it's a gift then a name must be put in, if you are not sure what name you want, just put in any name and when you d decide on a name, just give us a call or email info@teambuy.ca and we can change it for you.

Is there any limit on how many of these vouchers can be used at once? Ie can I purchase one for myself & my husband and both of us use at one visit? Or use both during 1 takeout order, etc.? Please advise. Great deal, been meaning to try this restaurant!

I thought of that but usually the deals are pretty descriptive with 1 per table of 2, 2 per table of 4, etc. Hopefully team buy will confirm so I can make my purchase!

Thanks for posting. The limit per person is 1 ticket. You can redeem 1 ticket per person, so if you and your husband go, you can each use a ticket.

Hi friends, I have bought two vouchers of this deal: one for myself one for my friend. I did the first purchase for myself and sign out the account then I signed in again to make my second purchase and marked it as a gift the second time. It worked. Maybe you guys can try this way. You just have to seperate the purcahses in two transactions. Hope this helps.

Ok I talked to TeamGuy Darryl and finally got it to work. This is what I had to do:
Sign in. Purchase one as a gift. SIgn out.
Sign in. Purchase the second gift.
Which makes me wonder why we have to do them one at a time when more than one gift is allowed and we can increase the quantity being purchased at the top of the page.

  1. Can I subscribe to more than one city's email?
    Yes you can. You can subscribe to as many as you like, just change the city on the subscribe box on the top of the page.
  2. I haven’t received my TeamTickets yet, what do I do?
    Sign into your TeamBuy account and check your TeamTickets page in your My Buys.
  3. How do I check if my Buy went through?
    Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.
  4. I purchased the Buy, the minimum has been reached, but my tickets are still 'pending'?
    All tickets remain pending until the Buy finishes/closes. When the Buy countdown reaches 0, all tickets then become 'Active' and ready for download and use.
  5. How does the gifting option work?
    On the shopping Bag page you can click on the “Gift” option. If you want to gift a ticket afterwards you are able to simply give the TeamTicket away even if it has your name on it (tickets are transferrable). If you didn’t gift it at the time of purchase and prefer to have the name changed, email info@teambuy.ca with the name you would like on the TeamTicket.
