If I head to your website and pick a business card template and fill out the fields and place my order, when is the earliest from the time I place my order (let's say August 16th before noon) that I can pick up my order from your office at bloor and spadina?
What if I want my order shipped to my address in Toronto? How long does that take and how much will I be paying for shipping?

The highlights section says that the deal includes Photo Calendars, Photobooks, Canvas Wrapping, and Invitation Cards, no mentioning of business cards though. I tried to test out what a specific business card/postcard would look like using one of your handy templates, but at Step 3 after choosing a Template, there seems to be an error in being able to preview the sample card. I am able to choose the font colour, but unable to include specific text about my business, etc. Is there an app that requires downloading before I can see this? I'd like to see what my card would look like before I commit to buying a voucher. Thanks!

Is it a one-time order? I am interested in getting a few posters, flyers, booklets and postcards, but putting the order in at different times. Would I be able to combine different products with different designs on them, as long as the purchase is within the $70 credit?

I am looking to buying one for myself and 7 others for friends (they do not have credit cards so i will buy it for them and they will pay me cash) We are looking to get business cards made so if I gift it to them would they still need to put down a credit card to redeem it through the website (if theres extra costs) or can they just have my credit card put down for all 7. Each order will have a different name on the business card so it won't be for the same person.

My question is, I was thinking of using this for my upcoming wedding. I was thinking of the b/w booklets for the church program - would that be something you could do? Does the book have to be a full 8 pages, or could it be less? So, if I placed 2 or 3 separate orders of the 8page booklets for $79 (quantity of 50), I could get a total of 150 booklets, ...using 3 vouchers in 3 separate orders right?
The other products I was interested in are the postcards and invitations - For the postcards, I would be able to upload any design/ information, such as say wedding meal information for the tables, and you could print those no problem right?

This is even more confusing for a booklet. I wanted to also order an 8page booklet. But again, the max you can upload is 2 images. So does it put those 2 images and repeat them over the 8 pages? Seems weird or pointless to have an 8page booklet, (...and others are actually more pages, 12, up to 32 pages) ...if you can only upload 2 images? It doesn't let you customize the other 6 pages? I'm confused.

eck out. I was obliged to pick a shipping method so I did in order to place my order. I contacted the company immediately via email requesting that they do not ship my order or charge my credit card for shipping fees, as I will pick them up. Unfortunately they sent me an invoice now, with the shipping fees charged. Is their a way to reverse this the fees and stop the shipping? Please let me know.

How do I check if my Buy went through?
Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.

I purchased the Buy, the minimum has been reached, but my tickets are still 'pending'?
All tickets remain pending until the Buy finishes/closes. When the Buy countdown reaches 0, all tickets then become 'Active' and ready for download and use.

How does the gifting option work?
On the shopping Bag page you can click on the “Gift” option. If you want to gift a ticket afterwards you are able to simply give the TeamTicket away even if it has your name on it (tickets are transferrable). If you didn’t gift it at the time of purchase and prefer to have the name changed, email info@teambuy.ca with the name you would like on the TeamTicket.
