Hi there. So let's say I buy the voucher morning of August 16th (Tuesday). Can I go ahead to your website right away and use the voucher or should I wait for the 6-day teambuy period to be over to be able to use it?
If I head to your website and pick a business card template and fill out the fields and place my order, when is the earliest from the time I place my order (let's say August 16th before noon) that I can pick up my order from your office at bloor and spadina?
What if I want my order shipped to my address in Toronto? How long does that take and how much will I be paying for shipping?

Thanks for posting! You would have to wait until the 6 days is over before redeeming the tickets online. Once the feature ends, we will be emailing the merchant the list of tickets so they can upload it to their database. The earliest time standard cards (business cards, flyers, postcards) will take it 2 days, items which require handcrafint such as calendars or photobooks will take up to 4 days. You are able to pick up the item 2 days later, but it's also best to call to find it your order is ready. There is a shipping calculator on their site that based the shipping using Canada Post.

I would also like to know if we can "stack" these. Also, are there picture samples? It's not clear what "standard" folding for brochures would be as the price guide notes "2, 3, 4 panels" with standard folding but you don't get to choose the number of panels in the process.

Hi TeamBuy/Blitz Print House,
I tried to test out what a specific business card/postcard would look like using one of your handy templates, but at Step 3 after choosing a Template, there seems to be an error in being able to preview the sample card. I am able to choose the font colour, but unable to include specific text about my business, etc. Is there an app that requires downloading before I can see this? I'd like to see what my card would look like before I commit to buying a voucher. Thanks!

Hey I was thinking of buying this deal. Just had a few quick questions.
I am looking to buying one for myself and 7 others for friends (they do not have credit cards so i will buy it for them and they will pay me cash) We are looking to get business cards made so if I gift it to them would they still need to put down a credit card to redeem it through the website (if theres extra costs) or can they just have my credit card put down for all 7. Each order will have a different name on the business card so it won't be for the same person.

Thanks for posting! They will be setting up an online redemption process where you will put in the voucher code at checkout. All you have to do it provide your friends the ticket code once it's ended so in the end it doesn't really matter who's name is on the ticket.

Still can't get their website's Business Card Creator to work.. I am having issues with the third step after I choose a template, it's not letting me edit anything.

My question is, I was thinking of using this for my upcoming wedding. I was thinking of the b/w booklets for the church program - would that be something you could do? Does the book have to be a full 8 pages, or could it be less? So, if I placed 2 or 3 separate orders of the 8page booklets for $79 (quantity of 50), I could get a total of 150 booklets, ...using 3 vouchers in 3 separate orders right?
The other products I was interested in are the postcards and invitations - For the postcards, I would be able to upload any design/ information, such as say wedding meal information for the tables, and you could print those no problem right?

Thanks for posting! Yes, they should be able to do black and white booklets, 8 pages is the minimum with these booklets. You would be able to create separate transactions of the booklets. You can also upload your images to them with your request as well.

Could you also please clarify how the "customize" option works on your website? I tried to make a postcard and a booklet. For the postcard, it lets you upload 2 images, and I presume that it would put one image on the front and one image on the back, if you choose a 2-sided postcard? correct? Reason I ask, is because Step 3 is a "customizor / editor" but you can't really edit anything ??.... it just lets you upload the images and then sends you to step 4 to process the order. So I can't even preview my order first before I place it?
This is even more confusing for a booklet. I wanted to also order an 8page booklet. But again, the max you can upload is 2 images. So does it put those 2 images and repeat them over the 8 pages? Seems weird or pointless to have an 8page booklet, (...and others are actually more pages, 12, up to 32 pages) ...if you can only upload 2 images? It doesn't let you customize the other 6 pages? I'm confused.

I bought a voucher & ordered my cards. Previously, you informed us that we could pick up the cards at Blitz, however, this option was not available at ch
eck out. I was obliged to pick a shipping method so I did in order to place my order. I contacted the company immediately via email requesting that they do not ship my order or charge my credit card for shipping fees, as I will pick them up. Unfortunately they sent me an invoice now, with the shipping fees charged. Is their a way to reverse this the fees and stop the shipping? Please let me know.

In the meantime you can always email them at nfo@blitzprinthouse.com with any technical issues related to their site. You also have a full year before your ticket expires so there's no rush to get your prints right away (unless of course you need it) ASAP.

  1. Can I subscribe to more than one city's email?
    Yes you can. You can subscribe to as many as you like, just change the city on the subscribe box on the top of the page.
  2. I haven’t received my TeamTickets yet, what do I do?
    Sign into your TeamBuy account and check your TeamTickets page in your My Buys.
  3. How do I check if my Buy went through?
    Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.
  4. I purchased the Buy, the minimum has been reached, but my tickets are still 'pending'?
    All tickets remain pending until the Buy finishes/closes. When the Buy countdown reaches 0, all tickets then become 'Active' and ready for download and use.
  5. How does the gifting option work?
    On the shopping Bag page you can click on the “Gift” option. If you want to gift a ticket afterwards you are able to simply give the TeamTicket away even if it has your name on it (tickets are transferrable). If you didn’t gift it at the time of purchase and prefer to have the name changed, email info@teambuy.ca with the name you would like on the TeamTicket.
