I have a question similar to others here: what's the spec of the canvas print in this deal. Based on the statement of "gallery stretched" and "$110 value" I believe I can eliminate the rolled canvas and the 25" deep and higher (priced at $116 and up). So is this one a .75" deep or 1.5" one? Thanks.

Hi There - Yes it is possible to order a thicker size frame or larger size stretched canvas and pay the difference. An $80 credit will be applied to your order at checkout with your Teambuy voucher - A point and shoot with decent resolution should have no problems with any canvas size but you may need to use the image enhancement options available at Canvaspop.com at an extra cost. If not, can my husband purchase a voucher under his name/credit card and will they still ship free to our same address? Thanks for posting! You can only use 1 voucher per order, you will not have to pay for shipping since it's included. The $30 credit on your next order cannot be used in conjunction with promotions such as another Teambuy ticket.

I'm looking to purchase a canvas to use as our guestbook at our wedding. With the material they use to create these canvases, is it possible to have my guests sign it without it being ruined? I'm just not sure whether they would need to make it with a specific material...or if they have already done this before and I would just need to use a special pen/felt to make it work? Thanks : )

Hi there - You are able to use a permanent marker like a Sharpie to sign the canvas - They use a special type of laminate when sealing the canvas that allows the signature to stay on without smudging but please make sure it is a permanent marker only - Thanks!

Hi there - The lowest resolution you would send for a 16x20 print is 2400x3000 - This would be printed at 150dpi and would not require any added effects. However Canvas Pop specializes in printing low res images on canvas and has some amazing effects you may add available on their website - Thanks!

  1. Can I subscribe to more than one city's email?
    Yes you can. You can subscribe to as many as you like, just change the city on the subscribe box on the top of the page.
  2. I haven’t received my TeamTickets yet, what do I do?
    Sign into your TeamBuy account and check your TeamTickets page in your My Buys.
  3. How do I check if my Buy went through?
    Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.
  4. I purchased the Buy, the minimum has been reached, but my tickets are still 'pending'?
    All tickets remain pending until the Buy finishes/closes. When the Buy countdown reaches 0, all tickets then become 'Active' and ready for download and use.
  5. How does the gifting option work?
    On the shopping Bag page you can click on the “Gift” option. If you want to gift a ticket afterwards you are able to simply give the TeamTicket away even if it has your name on it (tickets are transferrable). If you didn’t gift it at the time of purchase and prefer to have the name changed, email info@teambuy.ca with the name you would like on the TeamTicket.
