Hello, it is max 5 redemptions per person, so you will not be able to gift ticket to someone who has already purchased 5.

The Samson location refusing to allow us to redeem more than one coupon per table if the same name is printed on the coupon (see other posts below). What is Teambuy doing about this?

I'd like to purchase 3 vouchers for myself and 2 as gifts. How do I enter my order? Do I indicate 5, or 3 then click on "gift this item" and enter a name? It only gives you the option to enter one person to gift at a time. Do you need to place several orders, each time entering your credit card?? Last question, what if you want to send the same person 2 gift vouchers to use with a guest of their choice, do you enter the same name on the gift purchase twice, or does the voucher need to have different names to use at one time? Thanks for clarifying.

The buy has already reached the minimum amount, so you will be able to redeem your tickets as of Sunday at midnight (they will become activated in your teambuy account) and your credit card will be charged then.

On my team ticket it says Valid for: This Location Is Sold Out ... i selected the location on samson in laval... is it still valid there? i don't plan on going to any other location as they are far from where i live and if this was brought to my attention BEFORE buying the offer i wouldn't have bought them.

You may select the St Dorothe Location, it is listed in the dropdown menu as "Laval-Samson". So by purchasing your tickets to redeem at the Laval-Samson, you are selecting the St-Dorothe location (Samson is just the street name)

Post a question On my ticket it says valid for: "This Location Is Sold Out". I selected the location on samson in laval. I only plan on going to the Samsom location so why does my voucher say this? My friends all bought tickets and they had a choice of 2 locations. When I bought I had a choice of 4 and I selected Ste. Dorothee and got it like this. Samson.

It is written like this because originally we had 2 locations to choose from and now we expanded it to all 4. In order to purchase at the St. Dorothe Location, you must select Laval Samson. (Samson is the street that the restaurant is located on in St Dorothe as I am sure you are aware). You can contact our customer service dept and have them adjust the "This location is sold out" ticket to be for the Laval Samson one. Thanks for posting

I just would like o advise customers to stop buying this because the restaurant (where we are right now) is refusing to honour more than one ticket per visit because the tickets all hve the same name on it and they use the name to say that it's one ticket per person so if it's all the same name then it's the same person. We showed the pwner the q and a in whih they say the name pn the coupons isn't important, they still refused to honor it. Other families here mow have the same problem.

Same here... totally refused to take 2 coupons. Rough on their handling it. Left with coupons and we don't really want to go back! Restaurant claims it's Teambuy the problem and that they won't get paid if they take 2 coupons with the same name on the same day (manager said that!)

A friend of mine tried to redeem two coupons for two different people and the owner said he wasn't allowed. There must be a misunderstanding between Teambuy and Allo mon coco. I bought many tickets thinking I could share them with my family and now I'm stuck with all of them for myself...?!?!

We were told, rather roughly that we could not use 2 coupons with the same name or Teambuy would not pay the restaurant. We spoke to the manager (in the kitchen!) and were told the same. That it was impossible. This is a HUGE disappointment and probably the last Teambuy since the restaurant claims it's Teambuy not paying them

I went to the Samson location today and was told that I could NOT use two coupons for two people. It clearly states that it is one coupon PER PERSON per visit. I was told that the coupon had to be in my name and in the other person's name in order to be able to use it. I talked to the manager and he REFUSED to accept two coupons. The server told me that the restaurant will lose money if they accept two coupons under the same name in one visit. Is this correct????

Can I get a refund on one unused coupon? The restaurant won't honor the conditions (they refused to take 2 coupons with the same name on them for a party of 4 people and they handled it rather roughly). I don't want to go back and the conditions were not met for my coupon. I want a refund at least on the unused one. Thanks

    Yes you can. You can subscribe to as many as you like, just change the city on the subscribe box on the top of the page.
  2. I haven’t received my TeamTickets yet, what do I do?
    Sign into your TeamBuy account and check your TeamTickets page in your My Buys.
  3. How do I check if my Buy went through?
    Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.
  4. I purchased the Buy, the minimum has been reached, but my tickets are still 'pending'?
    All tickets remain pending until the Buy finishes/closes. When the Buy countdown reaches 0, all tickets then become 'Active' and ready for download and use.
  5. How does the gifting option work?
    On the shopping Bag page you can click on the “Gift” option. If you want to gift a ticket afterwards you are able to simply give the TeamTicket away even if it has your name on it (tickets are transferrable). If you didn’t gift it at the time of purchase and prefer to have the name changed, email info@teambuy.ca with the name you would like on the TeamTicket.
