Hi there, this seems like a great deal. I can't find all of the information I'd like about your daycare online. Specifically, I'd like to know:
(A) Are dogs always free to roam or are they kenneled at various points of the day?
(B) Do the dogs get to go outside to eliminate and how often?
(C) What kind of cleaners do you use?
(D) Are the dogs ALWAYS being watched by a staff member or do the staff float from group to group (resulting in some groups not always being watched)?
(E) What is the ratio of staff to dog?
We're looking for a new doggy daycare as ours is too far away, so this info will be a great help!
Thanks a bunch!

Good Morning,
Thank you for your inquiry about our daycare. The dogs are free to roam throughout the day with their playgroup. If an owner requests a lunch break for their pet, we will give that pet their own area to eat. We have an outdoor playarea that is fully fenced. We let the dogs out a minimum of 3 times a day. Weather permitting we like to spend time outside with them playing. We clean with a combination detergent/cleaner called Dupont 904. This product is one that many veterinarians use to keep their clinics clean. Our dog/staff ratio is 10-12 dogs/staff member and they are under constant supervision. Please let us know if you have any further questions! Monica

Hello,
I am just wondering if you got the 5 days/4 nights deal if for the 4 nights you are able to leave your dog there for 4 consecutive days and nights in a row? I.e if you were going away out of the city for 4 days in a row and wouldn't have contact with your dog for 4 days?

We do overnight care while you are away so one night is considered 24 hours.

Hello,
To follow up on Brittany's question- if we are going away for 4 nights, do we have to pay for the dog to remain in your care throughout the day's, or does the 4-night boarding deal cover the entire time we are away?
Thanks,
Anna

One overnight is considered 24 hours. Drop off is anytime during business hours and pick up is before noon. If you pick your dog up after noon we charge a half day daycare which is $18. Monica

Some facilities have an extra fee to give your dog access to playing in the daycare. We do not do that. We include all services for that 24 hours under one fee.

If I was going on holiday and needed my dog to be boarded for 12 days. Could I buy the 8 night and 1 of the 4 night and use them together, or would I only be able to buy one 8-night and pay $35.00 for the other 4?
Thanks so much.

It is a maximum of one pass per dog so the additional days would be $35/night.

I have two dogs that would need to be boarded. Do you have deals on the second dog, ie: Second dog is half off? Also, I know some kennels don't take big dogs, we have a Great Dane, you take him there?

Yes. You can purchase one pass per dog. Absolutely I would accept a Great Dane. They are a wonderful breed!

Hello,
We have an indoor and an outdoor play area. During the day we are playing and interacting with the dogs to burn off their energy. They are with the group of dogs during the day playing and seperated for mealtime and sleeptime. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Do you have to call ahead for daycare? Or can you just show up in the mornings?

We are working on a reservation system so it is easier to plan staffing as well as playgroups.

It says on your website dogs must be up to date on vaccinations and they must be administered 10-14 days before attending. What if they are up to date, but don't require the vaccine right before attending? For instance our dog has her updated vaccines, and her rabies is a 3 year vaccine, so she does not need to get it before coming there. Or do you just mean vaccines must be administered at least 10-14 days before attending?

The 10-14 days guideline is primarily for puppies who are attending puppy class or dogs who have not previously received certain vaccines such as bordetella. If they have been kept current then all I need is proof of vaccination from your veterinarian.

Generally is there any issue booking, as long as it is in advance, for overnight stays? We would be looking at the end of March 26-29th.

Right now booking is not a problem as we are a pretty new business. I took over an existing business Dec 1, 2011 and we are still growing.

Instead of purchasing Option # 2 is it possible to purchase 2 x Option #1 for the same dog? I know it says 1 per dog, so I'm assuming that this is not allowed, but thought Id' ask anyway :)

With the packages, we keep the left over days on file and packages expire 3 months after they are redeemed. I guess I am wondering if you have a couple vacations planned that are far apart? Please give me a call to discuss 403-453-0078. Thank you
