That is definitely possible, but note it is based on hotel availability. Simply call the hotel and they will be happy to accommodate should they have the room type you request available.

Knowing the date in mind that I would like to stay (two weeks from now), will the hotel accommodate my request before purchasing the voucher? If I cannot get a guarantee, unfortunately I cannot purchase the voucher. Thanks in advance!

Yes - you can stay for as many nights as you like, just purchase multiple vouchers. The only cost not included is the hotel tax, which is payable directly to the hotel when you check in, and is based on the voucher price. Enjoy!

Hi,
I checked the hotel's website and I don't see any rooms that are even close to $200 regular price - how is this even considered a deal? The most expensive queen rate is $129 Seems like I can book on their website for the same price as this "deal"..... .... Is there something I'm misunderstanding with this deal?

A few things:
1. Parking is included in this deal, which is a $20+ value
2. This deal is valid any day of the week fora stretch of time, and not comparable to a single night that might be available.
3. You receive an upgrade when you check in based on availability
To get a room downtown Vancouver including parking at the fantastic price is DEFINITELY a deal. I would suggest taking advantage while it's still active!

Best thing to do is purchase the voucher and then try to book the date you want! The hotel has a lot of availability for TeamBuy customers. If for any reason your dates are unavailable you can simply call TeamBuy for a refund. Enjoy your stay! The Burrard is one of my favorite hotels!

I've been trying to buy this deal for the past 10 minutes and even though the deal was set to expire at midnight 12 AM and even though the countdown still says 50 minutes remaining, upon checkout I'm getting the error message that this deal has expired! What is going on with your website interface???

  1. Can I subscribe to more than one city's email?
    Yes you can. You can subscribe to as many as you like, just change the city on the subscribe box on the top of the page.
  2. I haven’t received my TeamTickets yet, what do I do?
    Sign into your TeamBuy account and check your TeamTickets page in your My Buys.
  3. How do I check if my Buy went through?
    Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.
  4. I purchased the Buy, the minimum has been reached, but my tickets are still 'pending'?
    All tickets remain pending until the Buy finishes/closes. When the Buy countdown reaches 0, all tickets then become 'Active' and ready for download and use.
  5. How does the gifting option work?
    On the shopping Bag page you can click on the “Gift” option. If you want to gift a ticket afterwards you are able to simply give the TeamTicket away even if it has your name on it (tickets are transferrable). If you didn’t gift it at the time of purchase and prefer to have the name changed, email info@teambuy.ca with the name you would like on the TeamTicket.
