Thanks for posting! yes, this deal can be used for 1 person. The parking is $12 flat rate. There is no minimum, however, any unused balance cannot be carried over.

Is it possible to refund the ticket that is brought to another plan? I brought a two day ticket and I found out that I cant stay for two days..so i was thinking if i could downgrade to the one day plan.

Hi, you will get one set of vouchers per reservation. If you buy 2 tickets and stack them for one reservation you will get one set of vouchers. If you book for 2 different dates you will get 2 sets of vouchers. Thanks for posting!

DO NOT BUY ONE FOR THE SATURDAY.
I just phoned and they said they had availability - so I bought a ticket and phoned back and they said the date I wanted was sold out as well as every other saturday. So how do I get my money back now and how are they allowed to continue to sell them if there are no more rooms available? Seems very shady to me!?!?
Anyone know how to get my money back?

Why are you selling Saturday night stays when the hotel is booked every Saturday? I called and they said that although only 6 people have bought a Saturday stay, they are full every Saturday. So.......can I return my voucher?

When I clicked on the link provided (http://tiny.cc/o55kbw) and read the fine print it states that an additional $5 will be charged if booking is done by phone. However, this not mentioned in the buy details. Additionally, in response to my earlier question I was told that there is no minimum purchase required for the restaurant vouchers, yet the fine print states "IHOP dining voucher valid with minimum $25 purchase".
Also do the rooms come with free wi-fi?

Vouchers used during your stay cannot be combined (alcohol and gratuity not included).
Dave & Buster's Game Play card for play only and $2 activation fee is not included.
IHOP dining voucher valid with minimum $25 purchase. Outback Steakhouse voucher valid with purchase of two dinner entrees.

I just checked the online availability for rooms and May 6th is the last day. If I punched in any date after that, it said "Package Reservations Are Not Available For This Room For The Following Night". So it seems like you cannot stay until June 30th.

  2. I haven’t received my TeamTickets yet, what do I do?
    Sign into your TeamBuy account and check your TeamTickets page in your My Buys.
  3. How do I check if my Buy went through?
    Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.
  4. I purchased the Buy, the minimum has been reached, but my tickets are still 'pending'?
    All tickets remain pending until the Buy finishes/closes. When the Buy countdown reaches 0, all tickets then become 'Active' and ready for download and use.
  5. How does the gifting option work?
    On the shopping Bag page you can click on the “Gift” option. If you want to gift a ticket afterwards you are able to simply give the TeamTicket away even if it has your name on it (tickets are transferrable). If you didn’t gift it at the time of purchase and prefer to have the name changed, email info@teambuy.ca with the name you would like on the TeamTicket.
