Hi, they have 3 clinics in Mississauga and Brampton which are situated inside the Village Health Food chain. There is separate rooms which are dedicated to us to perform the treatments

1) I bought 2 vouchers as gifts but I cannot print them.
2) the 2 gift vouchers were meant for two differen friends, bit I only put one name. Can the other friend still use even though the name is different, i.e are the vouchers transferable?

I purchased 2 vouchers, and as directed I choose the Brampton location upon checkout...
However, When I received my vouchers it indicates on the top left of the voucher "Brampton Location- No Expiry date" but on the right side on my voucher it says redeem at: 1 Hobin St, Stittsville On. I am confused?
I need the Brampton Location.

  3. How do I check if my Buy went through?
    Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.
  4. I purchased the Buy, the minimum has been reached, but my tickets are still 'pending'?
    All tickets remain pending until the Buy finishes/closes. When the Buy countdown reaches 0, all tickets then become 'Active' and ready for download and use.

If you want to gift a ticket afterwards you are able to simply give the TeamTicket away even if it has your name on it (tickets are transferrable).
