Hello, good question. The iingredients are known to increase metabolism and promote weight loss. Because it is an all natural product and a relatively new supplement there haven't been any published CLINICAL trials to our knowledge.

The main difference is that this one combines all the recent trends in weight loss. Acai Berry, African Mango, Apple Cider Vinegar, Grapefruit, Green Tea. Everybody is slightly different and what works for one doesn't always work for another. This way we have all the bases covered.

The Raspberry Ketone will go after the fat cells in your body, if the majority is in your stomach that is where they will concentrate. But they will reduce your fat cells everywhere.

There is 25mg of caffeine per tablet. The company has been around since 2001 and didn't begin carrying Raspberry Ketone til 2010.
