Hi. I was just wondering if the voucher can be used towards shipping?

However, vouchers cannot be used for shipping. For any order that is over $50 after using the credit, your shipping is free. In addition to the existing promotions offered by this deal, we'll have frequent discount sales from time to time, and you can use the voucher for the on-sale items as well.

Anony Mous, you have sharp eyes :) I guess the model is a secret agent who doesn't want to release her identity? Lol... Actually, some pictures are provided by our supplier and we have no idea why her face is blocked out. Maybe she's too pretty and doesn't want attention to drift from her dress?
Can I use the voucher and shop @ the store or do I have to shop online? Also, if I pick up @ the store, do I still have to pay the $10 shipping fees?
Manniee, in order to redeem the voucher, you need to shop online. However, you can come to our store for pickup to avoid the shipping.
Hi, are these clothes also available in store? Because what if I wanted to try them on before buying it online.
Another question is if I want to do an exchange, can I exchange it instore?

I couldn't see any specific sizing information on their site….some of the products say s/m, l/xl with no measurements. Is there sizing information somewhere? Thanks!
Hi nadine4200, you can find the approx. sizing information on the page of each item. All our hosiery and dresses are stretchy (containing certain amount of spandex). Many of the club wears are supposed to be intimate to your body and show the body curve, therefore they cannot be saggy. Some hosiery lines have different sizing, e.g. s/m and l/xl. If not, that means the product line fits from s-xl (very stretchy) or otherwise mentioned on the website. Hope this helps.
Its showing on a couple dresses I was looking at, price is $34, and the promotional price is $35.... the promotional price should be cheaper then the regular price...!
COSIQUE, we really appreciate for your "discover"! I just got a reply from the admin that those regular prices were typo, which will be corrected later today.
If the dress doesn't fit properly, will it be easy to get a refund?

for online purchases do you mean from when I receive the item I need to ship it?
If I ship an item back will I have to pay for shipping and if so how much?
Once the item is returned, how much of the price of the item I returned, do I have towards a new item I'm exchanging it with? I'm not clear about the 10% extra.

Since I live in Toronto, if I do need to exchange the item I would do it in-store. Would I be able to exchange the item on the spot at the store and walk out with a different item, or would I need to go on-line and place another order?

In the buy Details what do you mean by they cannot be stacked together?
Does it mean you can't use more than one coupon on a single order even if I am purchasing more than one item and each are 35$?
I wanted to use more than one at a time to go over 50$ and get free shipping.
