I couldn't see any specific sizing information on their site….some of the products say s/m, l/xl with no measurements. Is there sizing information somewhere? Thanks!

for online purchases do you mean from when I receive the item I need to ship it?
If I ship an item back will I have to pay for shipping and if so how much?
Once the item is returned, how much of the price of the item I returned, do I have towards a new item I'm exchanging it with? I'm not clear about the 10% extra.

Please be noted:
Items should be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Hosieries cannot be returned unless defective.
Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or return. Original package, tags and receipt should be included.
Courier services are suggested for return shipment for reasons of securely locating your items and speeding up the processing time. Please email to admin@itsocks.ca with the courier company and tracking number when you place the return. Alternatively, you can return items to our retail store and we will be glad to serve your needs. Both the return shipping address and the retail store address are the same, 162A Spadina Ave., Toronto, ON, Canada, M5T 2C2.

Does it mean you can't use more than one coupon on a single order even if I am purchasing more than one item and each are 35$?
I wanted to use more than one at a time to go over 50$ and get free shipping.

Can I subscribe to more than one city's email?
Yes you can. You can subscribe to as many as you like, just change the city on the subscribe box on the top of the page.

I haven’t received my TeamTickets yet, what do I do?
Sign into your TeamBuy account and check your TeamTickets page in your My Buys.

How do I check if my Buy went through?
Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.

I purchased the Buy, the minimum has been reached, but my tickets are still 'pending'?
All tickets remain pending until the Buy finishes/closes. When the Buy countdown reaches 0, all tickets then become 'Active' and ready for download and use.

How does the gifting option work?
On the shopping Bag page you can click on the “Gift” option. If you want to gift a ticket afterwards you are able to simply give the TeamTicket away even if it has your name on it (tickets are transferrable). If you didn’t gift it at the time of purchase and prefer to have the name changed, email info@teambuy.ca with the name you would like on the TeamTicket.
