Hi there,
the main difference is that in the second ticket option you receive a touch-up kit of items to keep your makeup fresh for the day (mini mascara, full sized lip gloss, blotting papers, etc) and the hairstyling allows for half-up half-down or full up-do's. The first ticket doesn't give the bonus touch up kit or allow for up-do hairstyles. I hope this helps! Please feel free to contact us with any further questions.

i would like to buy this as a gift for my daughter on her wedding day but she is also planning to buy this deal for herself but will be using it for another occasion. Also, the Yonge & 16th area is outside of our regular service area and you would pay an additional $25 travel fee for your region. In the first ticket option, hairstyling includes basic hair (curling or straightening) and the second ticket option includes up-do's and half-up/half-down styles as well for more dressy occasions like a wedding, prom, etc. I hope this helps! The only charge you might pay would be a travel fee if your address is outside of the boundaries listed in the buy as the service area. are you available August 18th, 2012? I'm getting married and we're possibly looking at 7 people for make-up (including myself). Do you charge for flower girls? I have one and she's 6 yrs old.
Does the $49 package include trials? If not, how much more would it be for hair and make-up trials?

Sorry but August 18th 2012 has already been booked by another bridal party. However, this voucher is valid for 1 full year and can be used for any other special occasion like a bridal shower, engagement party, pre-wedding photos, holidays, etc. so you may choose to use this for any other special event too. Thanks for getting back regarding travel surcharge. I'm sorry but $25 extra is much too much to pay considering I am barely 10min away from Steeles & Yonge St and am well within all the other boundaries.

  1. Can I subscribe to more than one city's email?
    Yes you can. You can subscribe to as many as you like, just change the city on the subscribe box on the top of the page.
  2. I haven’t received my TeamTickets yet, what do I do?
    Sign into your TeamBuy account and check your TeamTickets page in your My Buys.
  3. How do I check if my Buy went through?
    Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.
  4. I purchased the Buy, the minimum has been reached, but my tickets are still 'pending'?
    All tickets remain pending until the Buy finishes/closes. When the Buy countdown reaches 0, all tickets then become 'Active' and ready for download and use.
  5. How does the gifting option work?
    On the shopping Bag page you can click on the “Gift” option. If you want to gift a ticket afterwards you are able to simply give the TeamTicket away even if it has your name on it (tickets are transferrable). If you didn’t gift it at the time of purchase and prefer to have the name changed, email info@teambuy.ca with the name you would like on the TeamTicket.
