Hello! The OS is already up to date Android 4.0.3 but if there is a new firmware available it will be available on the tikkitoo.com (firmware/download) section in the future with all the instruction on how to do the update.

I purchase this 10.2" Tablet. I like to know if it has date and time also Calendar. Does it have personalize LIVE WALLPAPER? Does it has a built in microphone. Tikkitoo: I really appreciated the time yo utook to read my message about the Android.I bought it because I know Android is a good brand fro mso many Brands outthere. And it seemed to me that this TABLE t has many features, I can't wait to receive it to explore the features.y iPhone I found abit small so when I am out and I want to send am email it took like 5 mins whereas this will take just 1 min or so. Just a quick post. I would like t oknow when I can redeem my voucher? It stated 48 hours after purchase but I have not received any email to redeem as of yet?
Also, I saw you replied to a customer about the battery charger, that they have to take to a professional to charge WHY? I seen people with Tablets and they just plug it in the wall and it charged up no complication, why this tablet has to be taken to a professional to be chared? I would like if you can lamment abit more on that please. I am waiting to receive the email to redeem most deals would send a the redemption in 48 hours after paid.

Hello, The one on groupon is only 7 inch tablet low resolution 800 x 480. Our model is a 10.2 inch high resolution 1024 x 600. On groupon its a 4GB flash drive, Our model is a 8GB, Groupons model has Wifi but only B/G, Our is Wifi B/G/N much faster. it is totaly not the same tablet. Thank you for your post!

My biggest question when I am looking for any tablets is whether or not I can open and edit either adobe or MS Office Files ex: Word, excel, and ppt. This would be very helpful for me when I work on the go. So is this tablet capable of doing this or not? Or shall I simply need to download an app to make this function available? Second question, can I use other IM messaging systems such as msn or yahoo messenger? Lastly, can I check emails, do google searches, facebook, etc.. easily? Thank you :)

Hello, Yes you may open and edit MS Office files, the application "documents to go" is already pre-installed on this tablet, you may use MSN and Yahoo Messenger, Skype, Facebook, Twitter, Google Search no problem. Also pre installed is the Official Google Play App market where you can download from over 200 000 apps. The screen is responsive due to its capactive touch screen makes it easy to type and navigate.
