Hello, what airline? Is it possible to get a flight that does not connect/transfer thru the USA. Last time i connected thru usa customs, I did not like my experience. Any other connection then US is fine

Bonjour, vous pouvez partir de Montreal, de l'aeroport Pierre elliott trudeau airport. Il n'y a pas de frais supplementaire sauf si vous partez en Aout ($400 de frais pour la haute saison). Le Petit Dejeuner, dejeuner et souper pour chaque jour sont inclus avec cette offre. Merci !

hi, Does the extra $400 for the august deal mean per person? I assume it does so the deal is really around 2400.00 per person, correct? Also can you back out the flight portion and use points to join the tour? What carrier will be used out of Calgary? thanks

it says hotel reservations are based on double occupancy. If i'm traveling with someone else, and sharing one room... does that lower the costs?

Hi, if you travel alone you pay a single supplement fee which is an additional $380; since you are travelling with a person you do not have to pay that extra fee which keeps the price at $1998. Thanks!

  1. Can I subscribe to more than one city's email?
    Yes you can. You can subscribe to as many as you like, just change the city on the subscribe box on the top of the page.
  2. I haven’t received my TeamTickets yet, what do I do?
    Sign into your TeamBuy account and check your TeamTickets page in your My Buys.
  3. How do I check if my Buy went through?
    Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.
  4. I purchased the Buy, the minimum has been reached, but my tickets are still 'pending'?
    All tickets remain pending until the Buy finishes/closes. When the Buy countdown reaches 0, all tickets then become 'Active' and ready for download and use.
  5. How does the gifting option work?
    On the shopping Bag page you can click on the “Gift” option. If you want to gift a ticket afterwards you are able to simply give the TeamTicket away even if it has your name on it (tickets are transferrable). If you didn’t gift it at the time of purchase and prefer to have the name changed, email info@teambuy.ca with the name you would like on the TeamTicket.
