Just wondering how the tax works
If I choose a bike for $170, with tax that's $192.10 - Does the $200 voucher cover that fully?
Or would the $200 voucher cover the $170 and I would have to pay the tax additionally?

That hardly seems right, I purchased it yesterday but when I went to print it says the expiry
is August, that's a 3 MONTH difference.

If the voucher is considered a credit for use in store can the voucher value ie the $100 be used to pay for the tax on the product I buy to make up to the $100 cash value?

I purchased the voucher yesterday (May 11) but it's still says pending and I can't print the voucher. I'd like to drop by and get something today. When can I use the voucher?

If my friend has gotten the coupon, and I want to get him another coupon as a birthday present, would he be able to use both tickets (which are in his name)? I want to make sure that it would be valid before I purchase it.

I haven’t received my TeamTickets yet, what do I do?
Sign into your TeamBuy account and check your TeamTickets page in your My Buys.

How do I check if my Buy went through?
Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.

I purchased the Buy, the minimum has been reached, but my tickets are still 'pending'?
All tickets remain pending until the Buy finishes/closes. When the Buy countdown reaches 0, all tickets then become 'Active' and ready for download and use.

How does the gifting option work?
On the shopping Bag page you can click on the “Gift” option. If you want to gift a ticket afterwards you are able to simply give the TeamTicket away even if it has your name on it (tickets are transferrable). If you didn’t gift it at the time of purchase and prefer to have the name changed, email info@teambuy.ca with the name you would like on the TeamTicket.
