If you are the type that can't fall asleep after a cup of coffee at night, we recommend you take them in the morning and afternoon. The drops are taken sublingually under the tongue and held for 30 seconds before swallowing. Sorry...further research shows that the website discloses the liquid form has the stevia; glycerine and filtered water but the pill form is strictly the extract. In addition, the website says the pills are 800mg and for the liquid, 20 drops is equivalent to 200mg but has the potency of 1000 if used as directed.

Taking the drops without having some sweetener is hard to go down. Other than making the most efficient product, our primary concern is also to make the taste not bad. The capsules are 800mg. Liquid offers 500% absorption and Capsules are 10% at most because your digestive system will filter them.

By taking the drops under your tongue and holding it for 30 seconds before swallowing, this will allow the drops to travel directly to your bloodstream and bypassing your digestive tract. No, this is misleading. The absorption rate of the capsules is 10%, and you're saying if you compare that to the absorption of the liquid, it's 400% more. So what is the absorption of the liquid itself, not compared to anything? Is it 100%? Or 40%? (I think this is it, if you do the math.)

To clarify, as a biochemist, the 500 % is RELATIVE to absorption of the pill form. In other words, the liquid is 5 times more effective than the pill form. The reason is because if we are comparing mass of each form, obviously the liquid would be more effective since there is no ' casing' by product as you would get with the pill form. The 500 % is very misleading.

Hello Hojo, the 2 oz bottle comes with a dropper. So you would take 15 drops, twice a day. You are ok to drink anything you want after you have swallow the drops.
As for taking the green coffee bean extract and raspberry ketone together, you don't need that. They are similar products but both target on metabolizing your fat.

People go on either the raspberry ketone or green coffee bean extract with these drops to help them lose 1/2 to 1 lb a day. 800 calories is the actual consumption of food. hi, i read this from lowcarbcanada:... the coffee we brew has been roasted and this is why it is brown, rather than green....Roasting Coffee Beans destroys the Cholorgenic Acid.... I went to the store and was told by the lady that the liquid is $10 more than the capsule. That the $39 is the default for the capsule and I have to add extra $10 if I wanted it changed to liquid.Is this true?

Hello! did this deal get extended? I bought it 2 days ago when the ticket was expiring at midnight, and now I see it has been extended another 8 days, so I now need to wait longer than the original ticket described? About the video: it says the participants of the study lost 17 lbs in 22 weeks but later on in the interview it says the participants only took the supplement for 12 weeks. Does that mean they kept losing weight for 10 weeks after taking the supplement?
