Thank you for your question! The Regular Rooms are Pine,Cedar,Birch and Fir. The Deluxe Rooms are Spruce, Maple and Cottonwood.

The deal states Sunday - Wednesday with blackout dates for Labour Day weekend. I am wondering if this deal would be usable if I was to check in Tuesday Sept. 4th, staying Tuesday night and Wednesday night, checking out Thursday Sept. 6th.

Thanks for posting! That should be OK since it's just outside the black out dates for the Labour Day weekend, the Labour Day long weekend blackout dates are: Fri Aug 31 - Monday Sept 3. We will confirm with the merchant just in case and give a correct answer.

Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, this is a pet free property, so you won't be able to bring your dog. Regarding your 2nd question, 3 people are only able to stay in the Cottonwood room for an extra fee of $70/night (paid directly to the hotel) Thank you!

Thanks for your question. Children under the age of 5 are not recommended as the chalet is not equipped to handle needs of infants. Children ages 5-12 are $40/night. However the max capacity for rooms is 2 with the exception of the Cottonwood Room and Hemlock Room (additional $100/night upgrade fee) which can sleep 3. For families of 4 or up you would need 2 rooms. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I don't drive but was consindering taking the bus. Would there happen to be a shuttle from the Greyhound station area to the hotel? If not, do you know how far it is ? If I do happen to go with a friend that drives a car, how much is the parking charge? Thanks in advance for your answers.

Thanks for your question. The chalet is 5 mins from the Tourism Centre, where the Greyhound bus stops. The cab ride is approx $5-$7 to the chalet or a bus drops off directly infront of the chalet. If you decide to drive or come with someone in a car, parking is built into the cost of this offer, so it's free!

Hi there, If me and my husband want to have PACKAGE #2 – 2-Night/3-Day Fitness Retreat $578 in a Deluxe Suite, does it means that I will have to pay $300 Plus HST extra?
My another question is, If we choose the program starting on 29 June then at what time are we suppose to check in and check out?
Is lunch and breakfast prices included in this price?

Check in is From 4pm-6pm on the First Day of the Fitness Vacation and the Fitness Vacation Finishes at 3pm on Day 3. Yes, in the price you receive breakfast, lunch and snack. Thanks!

    Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.
