Hi Daniel, The coupon cannot be used on everything. I was just there and they said that the desserts were not included. The woman at the cash said that it was only for the take out chicken counter. Still well owrth it. I am go9ing to buy another ticket.

Hi, this deal was all along supposed to run for 1 week total. However, since you did purchase your ticket within the for 24 hours that it began, your ticket will be activated and ready to use very shortly (at some point today). Thanks for posting

I bought the deal yesterday to use today and I just noticed that it is still not available! The deal was supposed to close yesterday but I noticed that you just extended it 5 more days! I really hope it won't affect my purchase. How can I print my ticket today?

I used my voucher today and bought one of the meals. I thought the meals come with the natas but because I used the voucher, I was told that they would not be included. Is that mentioned in the details of the deal?

There is no limit per table as there are very few tables. The limit on this deal is one voucher per transaction.

I think it's false advertising when I first bought the tickets, people were asking if the deal included pastries/desserts, deli, sausage, drinks, cheese, and the teambuy staff said, yes yes yes and yes. When I went to use the coupon today I was told no, no, no, no. It's only for whatever was in the kitchen. I thought the Teambuy team would get the deal straightened out before posting the deal and answering people's question with the WRONG information!! I expected a lot more from Teambuy since my first experience with them was super. How disappointing they are now!

  1. Can I subscribe to more than one city's email?
    Yes you can. You can subscribe to as many as you like, just change the city on the subscribe box on the top of the page.
  2. I haven’t received my TeamTickets yet, what do I do?
    Sign into your TeamBuy account and check your TeamTickets page in your My Buys.
  3. How do I check if my Buy went through?
    Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.
  4. I purchased the Buy, the minimum has been reached, but my tickets are still 'pending'?
    All tickets remain pending until the Buy finishes/closes. When the Buy countdown reaches 0, all tickets then become 'Active' and ready for download and use.
  5. How does the gifting option work?
    On the shopping Bag page you can click on the “Gift” option. If you want to gift a ticket afterwards you are able to simply give the TeamTicket away even if it has your name on it (tickets are transferrable). If you didn’t gift it at the time of purchase and prefer to have the name changed, email info@teambuy.ca with the name you would like on the TeamTicket.
