When I attended the Christmas Market, the cost was $2.00 per person. 50 cents cheaper than Team Buy.
But there was great mulled wine there.....

Hi Elizabeth1963, your TeamTickets will become active and ready to print once the feature ends. Tomorrow at midnight you will receive an email notifying you that your tickets are now ready to download and print. Hope this clears things up.

Hello, Why does the address say Hamilton Street Vancouver, however the date is after Nov. 24th? I have already purchased these thickets thinking they were for the christmas fair at the vancouver convention centre from nov. 17th to Nov. 21, however these are not valid until Nov. 24th... Can you please explain? I understand its possible I bought these tickets for the wrong event, just confused about the vancouver address and dates. Thanks!

hi
the status of my ticket is now active but when i press the little pdf icon botton (under download ticket) just a blank page shows up in my window... why is that?!
i've tried a few times but it's still a blank page..

Can I subscribe to more than one city's email?
Yes you can. You can subscribe to as many as you like, just change the city on the subscribe box on the top of the page.

I haven’t received my TeamTickets yet, what do I do?
Sign into your TeamBuy account and check your TeamTickets page in your My Buys.

How do I check if my Buy went through?
Check your TeamTickets in the My Buys section and if you purchase is there and is pending it means your purchase went through.

I purchased the Buy, the minimum has been reached, but my tickets are still 'pending'?
All tickets remain pending until the Buy finishes/closes. When the Buy countdown reaches 0, all tickets then become 'Active' and ready for download and use.

How does the gifting option work?
On the shopping Bag page you can click on the “Gift” option. If you want to gift a ticket afterwards you are able to simply give the TeamTicket away even if it has your name on it (tickets are transferrable). If you didn’t gift it at the time of purchase and prefer to have the name changed, email info@teambuy.ca with the name you would like on the TeamTicket.
