"This is a very nice hotel. I had a great room. Very modern. The staff are very warm and friendly and I really enjoyed the restaurant. The prices are in line with other hotels but the breakfast service was excellent. Friendly efficient and both breakfasts were just great. On one day the restaurant was short staffed and I thought it was nice to see that the managers came in to help out the server. I think it tells a lot about a place when the supervisory staff respect their staff are not afraid to lend a hand when its needed ...and they even did a good job!"

"I've stayed at many hotels in different cities and countries and for some reason, this is my favourite hotel of them all. The staff are very professional and friendly. The rooms are extremely clean and the food is great. I've eaten here a few times but only once since the renovations to the dining areas. Their steak was literally perfect. No complaints. Atmosphere in the dining are could use a little work, as it's very spacious but can feel conspicuous if you're eating alone and there aren't many people there. Otherwise, great!!"

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for a one night getaway over the July/August long weekend. It was a great stay! I love this hotel and would stay here again for sure! I love the way the room was decorated and the bed was unbelievably comfortable!!! The pool on the third floor was fantastic as was the sun deck...it was a HOT day so we spent a few hours in the pool/on the deck. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They directed us to a great restaurant in Hess Village. We both look forward to our next stay here!"
