You may opt-out of a deal at any time before the deal closes. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and will be reviewed by our customer service team. Please e-mail email@example.com with subject "refund" and clearly describe your situation. For the most part we consider a purchased deal to be final after the deal closes at midnight.

We cannot guarantee that a previous buy will appear again. The best thing to do is to sign up for the desired buy the day it's featured on TeamBuy. If you see a past buy that you would like to have back, create an account and vote for it to return on the "Recent Buys" page.
