"As standard at almost any Sheraton property, rooms are clean and very well appointed. Super-comfortable beds and pillows. Large work area with a useful desk chair. Contemporary colorful artwork. Large mirrors. Proper rocks glasses. Starbucks coffee. New 42" HD plasma with over 40 channels. Wonderful city views on the West, North and East sides. Directly across from the Bell Centre, close to the vibrant night scene and 3 blocks from the central VIA train station. Great soundproofing between rooms, never heard anything from inside the adjoining rooms (which was full as evidenced by the newspapers outside each door). Quiet heating unit. Decadent lobby and chic restaurant. Smooth check-in, though very busy. Efficient elevators and ice machine. Large bathroom, quality toiletries, tons of counter space. Plush towels. Ergonomic showerhead installed for someone 5'4" of shorter, but relaxing with three different firing settings. Slightly less water pressure than other SPG properties, no doubt for water conservation efforts."

The location cannot be ant better, as it is located across from the Bell Centre and one block from Rue Ste. Catherine. The room was clean and the beds incredibly comfortable. "I've been there for one night. This hotel was perfect. Great room, very clean. Brand new pool and whirlpool and sauna. Very nice! The gym looked very good also, but I didn't use it. The hotel is close to evreything downtown Montreal, especially the Bell Center that is about 200m down the street. A lot of restaurants and clubs in the area for those who are in Montreal for the nightlife! Creacent street is a max 5 minutes walk."
