Do you suffer from a fear of yoga commitment? Easily accessible by car, metro or bus, Yoga Hana offers Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga which differs from other forms of yoga insofar as the class is not "led" as a whole but rather all instruction is given one-on-one within the group class setting. You will only be given the exercises their passionate teachers feel you are ready for, upon which you will build your practice. Everyone goes at their own pace! Classes are purposely kept small so that you can receive individual attention and correction. In the Mysore Style, there is no "starting time". The studio opens at 5:45am and closes at 12:00noon. You may come any time during this period, but are asked to please arrive by 10:30am. Take a deep breath and don't let today's TeamBuy scare you...let it free you.
