You will only be given the exercises their passionate teachers feel you are ready for, upon which you will build your practice. Everyone goes at their own pace! Classes are purposely kept small so that you can receive individual attention and correction. In the Mysore Style, there is no "starting time". The studio opens at 5:45am and closes at 12:00noon.
