"My husband and I stayed at this hotel on Jan. 14 and had booked a fallsview room but upgraded to a superior fallsview room which we would definately recommend! The rooms were very spacious and clean and the illumination of the falls at night were spectacular. Milestones was very good and the breakfast buffet was excellent. It's so convenient to have a Starbucks and Milestones right in the hotel. The pool and hottub was enjoyable. I also can't say enough about the duty managers. The gentleman on duty Saturday was very gracious and Cathy went out of her way to attend to our needs in a friendly and warm manner. They are attentive to the needs of their guests and because of their recommendations my husband and I are looking forward to enjoying our next visit that we've just booked in Feb."

"Our family of four spent one night here and had a ton of fun! Our boys loved the swimming pool, which was nice and warm, and we loved the jacuzzi and sauna. Service was excellent, room was great, (clean, lots of space, nice coffee). Had a 'family getaway' package which included an in-room movie and popcorn - also got a meal voucher for Milestones which was outstanding. Excellent views of the falls - couldn't have asked for more for a mini-break with the kids!"
