All personal tickets may be redeemed on one visit; however, each $200 credit must be applied to a different set of prescription eyewear and only one eye test is administered per visit.
Included eye test is valued at $57. Appointments required.
May also be redeemed for sunglasses so long as they are prescription. $200 credit must be applied to the purchase of both frames and lenses. Not valid for the sale of contact lenses, etc.
Ticket entitles customer to 50% off an additional pair of non-prescription sunglasses as well.
