An arts and entertainment organization founded by Monika Blichar, MAB Ventures provides students of all ages with interesting and fun events, art programs and workshops. Located in Vancouver, MAB Ventures offers purchasers today the opportunity to stretch their creative muscle with a 2 hour Introduction to Painting or Drawing. Pack up your brushes, pencils and paints, and get ready to craft unique work in either of these two classes:
- Introduction to Painting:
Children to Adult Classes Available. This four week class provides an introduction to the fundamentals of painting. Study perspective, form, value, colour, and composition using a variety of techniques and acrylic based paints. Students will begin with overviews of drawing and move into painting using still lifes, reference materials, and possible live models.
- Introduction to Drawing:
Learn the fundamentals of life drawing with certified instructors. Examine still life objects and live models while practicing the essence of seeing beyond the obvious. Techniques include shading, perspective, blending, and use of pencil, charcoal, and chalk.
